Aluminum alloy ingot chain type continuous casting machine

The ingot casting machine is mainly including: aluminum alloy liquid distributor, casting machine body, pneumatic system, control system, cooling water system . The ingot stacking machine is mainly including: preceding conveyoringot stacking machine, following conveyor, hydraulic system, Pneumatic system, control system.

The ingot casting machine uses linear type which is more maturity . The power-driven part uses variable frequency control driver to motor speed so that it is stable running, and reduces the shaking of the equipment. The meter shows the ingots amount in every minute. Demould uses pneumatic beating so that its effect is better. Ingot casting has a high efficiency, average weight, high automation.

The aluminum alloy ingot stacking machine is used for the full automatic control ingot stacking equipment that its stacking size is fit for this equipment and the weight is less than 100KG each groups. Ingot weight is 5.5KG, stacking capacity is 28 ingots/min (when 7 ingots per layer). The ingot stacking machine can meet the requirement of continued working for 24 hours per day and various grades automatic stacking of aluminum alloy ingot casting
